Why do I have to use an institution email address?

Using your employer-provided email address for registration helps us to ensure you are a Formulary/Population Health Decision Maker.

I never received the email to verify my email address.

It can take up to 10 minutes to receive a verification email. You can request to have another verification email sent by clicking "Sign in or Register" in the top left corner of the page, and entering the email you used when registering. If you have requested an additional verification email and have still not received it, you can request technical support by submitting a technical support inquiry.

Why am I being asked to provide an institution email address if I am already logged in or already have an account?

Access to some information requires an institution email address. If your account is not registered with your institution email address, please create a new account with your institution email address. If you would like to modify your email address, you can request technical support by submitting a technical support inquiry.

Why am I being asked to provide a ZIP code?

We use a ZIP code to ensure that your record is unique to you. During registration ZIP code is a required field, however if you registered for your Janssen account at another Janssen website, your ZIP code was not collected.

How do I change my email address?

Email addresses cannot be changed online. You can request technical support by submitting a technical support inquiry.

I forgot my password.

To reset your password:
  1. Click the "Sign in or Register" button in the top left corner of the page.
  2. Enter your email address and click "Submit" on the Janssen Science account login page.
  3. Verify your email address is correct and click "Submit" again.
  4. On the verification page, click the "Select" button next to the password option.
  5. On the verify with your password page, click the link for "Forgot Password". This will start the password recovery process.
